Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
-Be unused and unworn.
-Be in their original packaging.
-Include all tags, cards, and accessories.
-Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending your item back.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include:
-Your order number.
-A description of the issue.
-Clear photos of the item received.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
-Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
-Sale or clearance items.
-Gift cards.
-Items showing signs of wear or misuse.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.
